    I did not find anything negative in any way 10/10 for my family and I and this is the 3rd time we have stayed there!

    4th time at Bera Alanya

    The new family pool area is excellent.
    Outside cafes were nice.

    Public relations staff were excellent! Prior to departing, we had made contact with Zubede. She got the chefs to show us which foods had certain allergens. Top service from the staff. They've also improved their English which was helpful when needed.
