Sunset Ocean Pool Villa - 9.2Can’t wait to go again 😊
Almost everything was perfect, we stayed in beach pool room and water villa. Definitely preferred the first due to the extra space, but both had lots of privacy. Staff were so lovely, especially Rubel and Monir in the restaurant. Before going, read lots of reviews about food being too spicy or heavily influenced by Indian cuisine but don’t think that’s necessarily true, they had a lot of Italian food like lasagne and a live pasta counter, as well as roast beef and fried chicken etc.
Seaplanes travel during day light only so latest we could get to airport was 4pm, but our flight was at 9pm, but resort staff at the airport stored our luggage and offered a staff member to take us around the city of Male until our flight which was great.
Have recommended the resort to so many people, and if we visit Maldives again, most likely would come back to Furaveri. Anonymous, United Kingdom, Feb 2022

We were very satisfied as a honeymoon couple. The hotel is definitely focused on customer satisfaction and they try to solve your problems as best they can. Our plane was delayed for 7 hours due to the heavy snow in Istanbul. We missed the seaplane and arrived by sea boat after domestic flights. When we arrived, it was too late, I sent an e-mail to the hotel managers and explained my situation and unhappiness. We explained and they extended our days for one day. Privacy between the villas is provided by trees, but because there are spaces in between, they put up awnings and we were more comfortable. The staff was friendly and hardworking.
Balayı çifti olarak çok memnun kaldık.Otel kesinlikle müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı çalışıyor ve sıkıntılarınızı ellerinden geldiğince halletmeye çalışıyorlar.İstanbuldaki şiddetli kardan dolayı uçağımız 7 saat rötar yaptı deniz uçağını kaçırıp iç hatlar ardından deniz botuyla ulaştık.Vardığımızda saat çok geçti otel yöneticilerine mail atıp durumu ve mutsuzluğumu izah ettik ve günlerimizi bir gün karşılıksız uzattılar.Villalar arası mahremiyet ağaçlar ile sağlanıyor ancak arada boşluklar olduğu için tente çektiler daha rahat ettik.Personel güleryüzlü ve çalışkandı
