Food and facilities
Not to be able to communicate with some employees speaking only Turkish, but acceptable
Near Metro Station
Swimming pool - but not segregated
Gym - segregated
Service from the main staff not very good for a 5* hotel.
Most didn't speak English very well. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job.
There is a children's play room but it's very small. Kids didn't like being there.
Pool is good but is mixed and women only time is from 11am to 3pm which is not convenient if you have other plans during the day.
Same situation with the spa services which have to be booked for 2pm to 6pm. Which are not convonient times again.
Also babies are not allowed at all in the pool area. You will need someone to look after them!
Breakfast is good. There is a lot of choice but some things like beans and croissant are missing. There was something like a croissant but it was really hard!
It's a good hotel but don't book it if you want to go sight seeing. It's really far from all the tourist areas. The metro station is close but will take about 45minutes to 1 hour to say the blue mosque.
La propreté, le calme, le confort, le luxe, la nourriture, la mosquée...
L'hôtel est loin du centre ville mais à côté y a le métro (50 min pour aller à la mosquée bleue par exemple )
