Did you ask the employees something, they were interested. The room was enough for 3 people. Airco was working. Without him, the room would not have stopped. We just couldn't set it right. It's either too cold or too hot.
Çalışanlara birşey sordun mu ilgilendiler. Oda 3 kişi için yeterliydi. Airco çalışıyordu. O olmasaydı durulmazdı oda da. Sadece biz ayarını tam yapamadık. Ya çok soğuttu yada ısıttı.

The person at the reception refused to give me a room when I had confirmed my reservation (because supposedly the price paid was lower than the hotel rate. I had to call halal booking in order to resolve the problem. Very painful situation because we were a family with 2 children.
So I was able to get a room but it was being finished. I am very angry with this person because the others have been helpful.La personne de la reception a refusé de me donner une chambre alors que j'avais confirmation de ma réservation ( car soi disant le prix paye était inférieur au tarif de l'hôtel. J'ai du appeler halal booking afin de regler le problème. Situation très pénible car nous étions en famille avec 2 enfants.
