COVID MEASURES
A fully certified COVID-19 Fit to Fly test can be arranged by the property. Please contact the reception staff 4 days before your departure flight. Test samples are being taken at the reception and results will be emailed usually within 24 hours. The test is subject to surcharge.
Hand saniters are made available, and strict social distancing rules are in place in communal areas.
Spa facility services are carried out with appointment system, disposable materials are provided by the personnel using gloves and masks and disinfectants are made available. Sauna and Turkish Bath facilities can be utilised at most 30 minutes and 15 minutes are allocated to cleaning before use.
Sunbeds located in pools and beaches have been arranged in accordance with the social distancing rules, and pool disinfection procedures are carried out. Kids club is operational, with strict 1.5 metre social distancing rule.

In case of late check-out, property might charge an additional fee of 50% of the daily price if check-out occurs between 14:00 - 18:00, and full daily price if check-out occurs after 21:00.
In force majeure cases, hotel will only make refund if a travel restriction occurs to Turkey and if hotel cannot operate. In any other case, normal cancellation policy will be applied.
