From the moment we arrived we were greeted by super friendly staff and luxury .
Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with full bath and shower were very spacious and had everything we needed to make the perfect stay . We were located on the 11th floor and had 3 rooms next to each other ,1 of which was upgraded to executive suite free of charge - which came with stunning views of KL. we were in the best location in Batik Butang - shoppers paradise . Great links to the train , 10 minute walk to KLCC via the pavilion mall across the road from the ritz Carlton . 24hr convenience shops and food available outside on the main road .
Vast variety of fresh produce and international as well as national dishes for breakfast .
