  Exceptional service, stunning resort

  This is my third trip to the Maldives and second visit to the Villa Resorts chain in the Maldives, having stayed at Villamendhoo, Villa Park Sun Island, and now Villa Nautica (previously Paradise Island). But Villa Nautica stood out for it's excellent service and warm hospitality.

  Huge thanks to the whole Villa Nautica team for making my 1 week of birthday celebration and stay so memorable. From start to finish, they delighted us and went truly above and beyond. Nothing was too much! As soon as we arrived, we were surprised by a complimentary upgrade to water villa from our beach villa to mark my birthday. That was such a special touch. They also arranged a birthday cake and bottle of wine. Kristin, our island host, was absolutely wonderful and very efficient. She took wonderful care of us and our every need. Every staff member from Araamu Spa, chefs, wait staff to housekeeping maintain a high standard of service. So warm, friendly, and kind. The resort itself is stunning but it's the people that we will remember most!

  I couldn’t ask more from a resort in Maldives.
  Customer service was excellent led by our host, Mr. Amine who I would like to thank him for being very friendly and helpful and made our experience absolutely hassle free.

  They offer daily activities schedule for adults and kids which make the resort highly suitable for families.

  Great free facilities: Gym, billiard, tennis, jacuzzi, sauna and kids club.

  Went for full board which I highly suggest. All meals are good quality and have a lot of variety options. I would like to thank Mr. Vinu who professionally serves delicious fresh fruits during all meals.

  They provide a lot of options for water sports and excursions.

  I would recommend this resort for family and friends who is planning to visit Maldives.

  Our room was extremely comfortable and clean, and the view was breathtaking. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff was remarkable throughout our entire stay. Especially Ms. Ermie's sincere approach at the reception and her speed in solving our problems were admirable.

  The food in your restaurants was delicious and diverse.

  The tidy and clean beach areas also increased our holiday pleasure.

  Our time at the hotel was beyond our expectations.

  Odamız son derece konforlu ve temizdi, manzarası ise nefes kesiciydi. Personelin misafirperverliği ve yardımseverliği tüm konaklamamız boyunca dikkat çekiciydi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Ermie Hanım'ın içten yaklaşımı ve sorunlarımızı çözmekteki hızı takdire şayandı.

  Restoranlarınızdaki yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitliydi.

  Plaj alanlarının düzenli, temiz olması da tatil keyfimizi artırdı.

  Otelde geçirdiğimiz zaman beklentilerimizin ötesindeydi.

  A very nice place , BUT …

  Indeed Villa Nautica is a fine resort I cannot complain about anything on the contrary I highly recommend this resort, however, this resort can be anywhere but the Maldives! It does not have the feel of Maldivian resorts. Sure the water and vegetation is the Maldives however concrete walkways and many shops renders it a very nice resort. It could have Ben in the Bahamas, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia …etc.
  If you are looking for a nice place to spend relaxing time and good food, this is a recommended resort.
  Oh, the sea water is too shallow on the East and the West sides of the island.
