    A great hotel in Alanya with many positives but limited beach area

    I want to start off by saying that despite being the end of the season, we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived, with the reception staff doing their best to accommodate us despite arriving a couple of hours before check-in time, to the day we left.

    The staff at the hotel were very helpful but in particular I want to make a special mention of the following individuals who were just amazing throughout our entire stay and perfect ambassadors for the hotel and I hope they get some sort of recognition accordingly:

    Yunus (Animation Team)
    Zahide (Reception Team)

    The separate female beach/spa area which was strictly enforced was really welcome as my mum and wife really benefitted from that. I am told that's the best part of the entire resort so us men did miss out, however, was more than happy with the family pool area as my kids and I really made the most of that and had lots of fun.

    The evening shows each night, in particular the Firestorm, were a really nice touch from and ensured a really pleasant finish to each day staying at the resort, although probably could have been a little longer.

    Good Halal concept hotel

    Even though we went near the end of season, shows were organised. Hotel and room are aesthetically pleasing and toiletries provided including scrubbers. Did have to ask for shaving kit that they missed. Lots of instagram pics places for those into that.

    End of season

    The hotel is nice, good coffee and nice food. Its was the end of the season and thats clear. Everthing was so less than normal. Not cool at all because we paid the full price and exspect a good experience.

For King Suite bookings, hotel will not be providing children's room for occupancy under 2 Adults and 1 baby (under 3 years old).
