  First of all, the hotel has the friendliest receptionists. always smiling and friendly (even under pressure). very helpful with all questions. Next to the hotel there is a swimming pool and fitness which you can also use. swimming pool nice and big for young and old. lots of slides and fitness, enough apps to really train.

  1. Exaggerated Advertisement: Everything written in the hotel's advertisement is a big disappointment. Even though you get full board, lunch and dinner are free. However, even basic drinks like tea, coffee and water are charged extra. You have to drink something when you sit in the lobby, which brings additional costs.
  2. Paid Areas for Children: Even Kinderland is charged, everything is sold at twice the price in the supermarket. The Wi-Fi service doesn't even work in the room.
  3. Parking Lot and Pool: You have to get a card for parking and you have to scan it when you leave the hotel. The reception is always crowded, so you wait for a long time. The outdoor pool may be large, but the sun loungers are charged and everything around the pool brings extra costs. The indoor pool and thermal area are disappointments.
  4. Restaurant and Food: The service at the restaurant is so bad that eating turns into torture. The same food is served for five days and there is no variety in the food. The waiters forced you to eat by looking you in the eye every meal.
