The front desk is open during the following times:

• Monday - Thursday: 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM

• Friday - Sunday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Via Montegiove,77 Genzano di Roma]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
