The reception staff were very friendly right from the time of arrival. Although we arrived a little early , they kept us engaged and the welcome drink was great .
Tarik , Nouredin were very helpful and friendly. Tarik helped us to book the tours and so did Muhammed .
Haifa always had a pleasant face .

We had a wonderful stay at Al Maaden. We are a family with 3 children and the villa was perfect! The green setting is very calm, and very safe. The restaurant is delicious and the staff is absolutely great! We will come back for sure! Thank you to the manager Icham and his team!
