Guests must transfer via Boat or floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 90 minutes away via speedboat. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 48 hours before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Ferry Speedboat Service Operators between 10:30 AM and 2 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Guests must pay the speedboat transfer fee at check-out. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory one-way transfer fees for guests ages 11-17.

• Additional fee for children (from 11 years old to 17 years old): EUR 65 per person, per stay

The listed additional fee covers one-way transfer fees for guests ages 11-17.

• Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 6 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
