Initially, I wasn't sure about the hotel. It was far away from city centre, the heated pool had issues, and there were a few teething problems with the room (water seemed to be slightly brown in the brown but it was soon fixed)
But the service, and the people working there, made up for it. Some name checks: Hassan (room service), Mehdi (bellboy), Salaheddine (breakfast), Tariq and El Moutaza from Argan restaurant went above and beyond. The people at the kids club were also brilliant. The hotel offers a daily shuttle service to the city centre, making the distance from the city centre more tolerable.
