• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

The property is closed between November 13 and November 13. This property will be closed from January 12 2025 to January 30 2025 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).
