I just wanted to share my experience of this wonderful hotel. My husband & I stayed two nights at the Hilton Park Lane. The staff there were exceptional. From Najat & her manager at Breakfast who made us feel so welcome & could not do enough for us & Camilla in the gym who was so friendly & helpful, & Adel and Hugo & the concierge who were so kind, even the lady who cleaned our room was so friendly & lovely!
It is people that are at the heart of any hotel & at this hotel they are truly fabulous!
I was also so impressed with the fact that they had such a variety at breakfast with so much that was halal on the menu & the sending of a bowl of fruit & personalised card for using the gym & providing us breakfast in our room at 3.30am on our first fast of Ramadan was so much appreciated!
Loved all the multi-lingual speakers too!
They have so much to be proud of in this hotel! Will definitely be recommending it to others!
