The hotel is respectable and the staff is very respectful. The problem of the bus for the Haram is that it stops very far from the nearest entrance to the Grand Mosque, but the bus is always present and works perfectly.

The hotel is clean and excellent, and its location is vital, beside Bin Dawood, groceries and restaurants, and the Jamarat stop is a few minutes walk away. They provide a bus to the Jamarat stop, which is available at length. From the Jamarat stop, there are buses for 8 riyals to the Haram, which descends at Bab Ali in Ramadan, and from the door walk about ten minutes to Bab Al-Salam or Bab Al-Marwah, the overall experience is reasonable, had it not been for the crowded buses returning after Tarawih
الفندق نضيف و ممتاز وموقعه حيوي جنبه بن داوود و تموينات ومطاعم و موقف الجمرات تلت دقايق مشي وهما موفرين باص لموقف الجمرات موجود علطول ومن موقف الجمرات في باصات ب ٨ ريال للحرم بتنزل عند باب علي في رمضان و من الباب مشي حوالي عشر دقايق لباب السلام او باب المروه فالمجمل التجربه معقوله لولا زحام الباصات في العوده بعد التراويح

All in all it is good hotel for Umrah.
Das Hotel ist zwar nicht direkt im Zentru, bietet aber einen gratis 24h Shuttle Servce an, wodurch man in wenigen Minuten in Haram ist.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden.
Alles in Allem ist es gutes Hotel für Umrah.
