  The hotel room is comfortable and clean, the welcoming team and the staff are generally attentive. The pools are sufficient. The water parks are nice for babies, children and adults. The food is sufficient. The animation team is working very hard. The hotel bar/beverage section and waiters should be given cleaning training. The employees are very well-intentioned but I think they don't know, they would be more successful if they were trained. The dining tables, salty dishes, plates and services are not hygienic enough. I also had the opportunity to use the spa section, it is quite clean, the masseurs are skilled.

  Otel odası konforlu ve temiz, karşılama ekibi, personel genel olarak ilgili. Havuzlar yeterli. Su parkları hem bebekler hem çocuklar hem yetişkinler için güzel. Yemekler kafi. Animasyon ekibi çok çaba sarfediyor. Otelin bar/içecek bölümüne ve garsonlarına temizlik eğitimi verilmeli. Çalışanlar çok iyi niyetli ama bilmiyorlar bence, eğitim alsalar daha başarılı olurlar. Yemek masaları, tuzlular, tabaklar ve servisler yeterince hijyenik değil. Spa bölümünü de kullanma fırsatım oldu, oldukça temiz, masörler becerikli.
