- 7.3Great stay, could be better!
We enjoyed the pool with the slides (aqua park), and the other pools around the resort, the food area was good and the variety of food was appreciated. Evening shows were fun and engaging and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The mini bars with the free drinks were fantastic - and the mojitos were well made. The arcade area, pool table and table tennis facilities were enjoyable during the evenings.
The beach was amazing, and the hotel being beach fronted is accurate.
The excursions, which we organised via the agents with in the resort, were fabulous. The glass boat trip from port Ghalib was amazing. Snorkelling gave us the opportunity to swim with turtles, and the city tour was a fantastic opportunity to shop for souvenirs. The trip to the dessert was memorable, as we witnessed the sun setting in the Sahara, and rode camels albeit for only 2 minutes! The evening entertainment, and food with the Bedouins was thoroughly appreciated.
