  The hotel is well located

  Negative point:

  - When I arrived at reception I was told that the water was free so on the last day I asked for water a waiter brought me a bottle and asked me for 25tl, I told him that his colleague told me that it was free and he insisted, laughing with another person when he saw that I wasn't planning to give it to him, he gave up.

  - Before leaving there, the same person asked me to pay a second time for the mini bar drinks even though I had just paid for them 5 minutes before. I explain to him that I have just paid to his colleague and he tells me that he needs to check if I am not lying.
  Funny way to treat customers: either this person took me for a thieves or an idiot. Either way, it's very unpleasant.

  - A mon arrivé à l'accueil on m'a dit que l'eau était gratuite donc le dernier jour je demande de l'eau un serveur me ramène une bouteille et me réclame 25tl, je lui dit que son collègue m'a dit que c'était gratuit et il insiste en rigolant avec une autre personne quand il a vu que je ne comptais pas lui donner il a abandonner.

  - Avant de partir là même personne m'a demandé de payer une deuxième fois les consommations du mini bar alors que je venais de les payer 5 minutes auparavant. Je lui explique que je viens de payer à son collègue et la il me dit qu'il faut qu'il vérifie si je ne mens pas.
  Drôle de façon de traiter ses clients: soit ce cette personne m'a prit pour un voleurs ou pour un idiot. En tout cas c'est très désagréable..
