  We liked everything... the hotel is absolutely beautiful, the decor, the rooms, the service, all the staff, the breakfast, are all of an excellent standard. New hotel, magnificent views of kaaba and haram, the prayer room Bridge has absolutely stunning views...
  We booked through Halalbooking which we found was the cheapest deal, no problems at all at check-in, the confirmation via Halaalbooking meant the staff were expecting us, and they gave us a upgraded room. The young gentleman at the desk was very helpful and so were the boys who attended to our luggage. The breakfast was of high quality and varied, fresh towels and supplies were given regularly whenever requested. The rooms were very spacious, with lovely tea and coffee facilities in room. Beautiful lobby, cafe , toilet/wudu facilities on ground floor. Shuttle bus was waiting always outside hotel, all the drivers were very friendly and helpful. At drop off point need to take an elevator to bottom, near Conrad hotel, directly opposite gate 79 of haram. Truly luxurious hotel, jazakallah khairan to all the staff.
