The atmosphere of this hotel is unbelievably cozy and warm. I like how old, but at the same time clean and calm the hotel is. The location is super good, it’s central but at the same time is not located near to any noisy highways. The staff was very friendly especially “Esra” and “Eda” hanimlar. I will definitely visit the hotel more and more again. (This is a shared review, I and my husband)

Suite - 10Constantly getting better
The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. If I were to go to Kayseri again, I would choose this hotel again.
