Overall the hotel was beautiful inside and out. When we arrived we didn’t expect the location to be so great, not far from the metro, 5 minutes from the basa Castillo, and 10 minutes from the gothic center etc. the breakfast didn’t have halal meat options however there was enough for us to stay full ie. Fish, dairy and fibre. When we asked for more products there was no haste in giving this to us and overall customer service was great.

the room was overall very comfortable, the curtains had good sunlight insulation, the room cleanliness was excellent. The staff were friendly and always helped us.

The hotel was very clean, the staff courteous and friendly. We felt very comfortable. It is also very centrally located, as you can easily visit all the sights from there.
Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Außerdem ist es sehr zentral gelegen, da dass man von dort aus bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen kann.
